To complement our team at the BAZ Kappelen centre, we are looking for a Care Staff Member in Conflict Prevention at 100% starting 01.10.2026.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement the directives of the department management (FBL) and care management (LB)
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Implement SEM quality standards QSU
- Carry out care tasks according to BEKO SEM
Your Profile
- Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement or criminal records)
- German | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- English | spoken: B1 | written: B1
- Additional asylum-relevant language (advantageous) | spoken: B1 | written: B1
