Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an established and modern SME in the automotive industry in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for an accounting clerk. You will manage financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash, and be an important support in the finance department. You can expect a varied range of tasks with the opportunity to actively help shape internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- You manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting
- In this role, you take on accounts receivable management including dunning and debt collection
- As an accounting clerk, you are responsible for cash management including daily cash reconciliations and cash balance adjustments
- You prepare and submit periodic VAT returns on time
- In this role, you support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- You monitor payment transactions and liquidity
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education
- You have further training in accounting
- You bring professional experience in finance and human resources
- You work independently, precisely, and reliably
- You think in a connected way and demonstrate organisational skills
- You have a confident command of MS Office and ideally knowledge of Abacus
