Role:
For an established Swiss industrial company, we are looking for an analytical personality who enjoys taking responsibility, thinks in networks, and drives the further development of the finance department. You can expect a versatile role with scope for design and close exchange with various companies and decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for group-wide reporting and consolidation standards and continuously develop them further
You support the group companies with questions regarding accounting and financial reporting
You manage the internal control system in the finance area and ensure its documentation and effectiveness
You participate in budget, forecast and strategic financial planning processes
You optimise accounting and controlling processes and drive their standardisation and automation
Qualifications:
You have a completed degree in finance and controlling or a comparable higher professional qualification
You bring at least five years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial company
You have sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and group consolidation
You communicate confidently in German and English
