Your Tasks:

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire accounts payable process including intercompany postings
• Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of finance and accounting processes
• Preparation and creation of VAT returns as well as ensuring tax compliance
• Responsibility for expense processing and the associated workflow
• Support and further development of digital accounts payable and expense processes as a key user
• Maintenance of master data as well as reconciliation and management of various clearing and general ledger accounts
• Support of accounts receivable accounting and general assistance in finance and accounting

Qualifications:

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable, ideally in an internationally active SME
• Good oral and written English skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• High IT affinity and enjoyment in working with digital tools and processes
• Structured, independent and precise working style with a strong affinity for numbers
• Open, communicative personality with a pronounced understanding of processes
