Workplace & Endpoint Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Solving problems is good, preventing them from arising is better. You work according to this principle. Through monitoring and health checks, you identify weaknesses early and take action. You replace manual processes with scripts that run reliably. Your expertise in the workplace landscape around virtual desktops and endpoint management grows steadily. You document your knowledge so that others can benefit from it.
Responsibilities:
You keep Azure Virtual Desktop and Remote Apps stable in operation and drive their further development
You develop PowerShell automations for recurring tasks
You work in a team on modern workplace solutions with Intune, Windows 11, Autopilot and endpoint management
You evaluate systems and services, support monitoring and reporting and derive improvements
You contribute suggestions on how processes can become simpler, more uniform and sustainable
Additionally, you document solutions, operational procedures and best practices clearly and share your knowledge within the team
Qualifications:
You have a qualification or degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field
You have around 3 years of experience in the workplace, client or cloud environment
You have initial experience with Intune, Windows client management or Microsoft 365 and are interested in cloud workplace technologies
You are already familiar with PowerShell or want to develop your skills in it specifically
Automation, error analysis and technical understanding motivate you
You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, contribute to the team and communicate confidently in German and English
