Within our legal team, you play a key role by supporting the Group’s various entities on a range of legal matters. Your objective? To provide pragmatic legal advice, secure the company’s activities through drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What you do daily

You advise the Group’s various entities on diverse legal issues, mainly in private law, particularly regarding mandates, business contracts and other contractual matters.

You manage the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts, especially commercial contracts, while participating in strategic and large-scale projects for the Group.

You draft the internal regulations and directives of the Assura Group and defend its legal interests, ensuring the security of its activities and supporting its objectives.

What you bring to the team

You hold a Master’s degree in Swiss law and ideally the Bar exam. You have at least three years of professional experience, preferably in private law, and demonstrate excellent legal knowledge as well as strong analytical and synthesis skills.

You are fluent in French and have a good command of English. You communicate confidently, enjoy teamwork and foster collaboration, while being comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders.

You work quickly, rigorously and in an organised manner. Autonomous, flexible and highly resilient to stress, you know how to manage priorities effectively and thrive calmly in a demanding environment.
