Your area of responsibility
- Together as a team, you are responsible for the reliable handling of administrative HR processes from entry to exit
- You manage personnel and payroll administration and carefully maintain all salary and social security relevant data in SAP
- You competently and service-orientedly advise and support our employees on administrative questions around diverse HR topics
- As part of the harmonisation of HR processes, you actively contribute to the further development of procedures and to cooperation with LUKS HR
Your experience
- You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification, further training as an HR assistant or HR administrator as well as experience in a comparable administrative HR function. Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP is required; an HR professional certificate is an advantage
- You organise various tasks, appointments and concerns in a structured manner, set priorities purposefully and work efficiently and independently
- Even with critical feedback or differing expectations, you remain professional, respond appreciatively to your counterpart and maintain your pronounced service orientation
- With your understanding of processes, you recognise connections, keep the big picture in mind and contribute constructively to the further development of procedures
