Responsibilities:
Ensuring 1st-level support as well as handling and documenting incidents and service requests according to ITSM processes
Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, mobile devices, printers as well as management of the entire workplace lifecycle
Administration of user accounts and devices with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune as well as support of the Microsoft 365 environment
Participation in IT projects, coordination of escalations and external partners as well as training and support of users
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Experience in IT support, service desk or workplace management with Microsoft technologies
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune as well as Windows, Apple and client infrastructures
Independent, solution-oriented personality with a high level of service orientation as well as very good German and good English skills
