For our client, SIGG Switzerland Bottles AG, an internationally renowned Swiss traditional company with over 100 years of history and headquartered in Frauenfeld, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as:

Internal Sales / Customer Service Employee (m/f/d, 80-100%)

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• You are the hub between customers, sales managers and internal departments (supply chain, logistics, etc.) - a key role that is far more than a run-of-the-mill job.
• You independently handle the entire order processing - from order acceptance to smooth shipping - for national and international retail customers (B2C and B2B).
• You manage your own customer portfolio and maintain sustainable relationships.
• You work closely in a team and cross-departmentally and participate in trade fairs and customer events as needed.

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Completed commercial basic training as well as several years of experience in internal sales / customer service.
• Entrepreneurial attitude: You think along, contribute your own ideas and take responsibility - we are looking for a personality who shapes rather than just follows.
• Confident German in spoken and written form (requirement); communicative English (mandatory); French is an advantage - at least able to take telephone calls.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision or CRM is advantageous but not essential; confident handling of MS Office.
• Team player, communicative and resilient - you maintain overview and structure even in hectic situations.
