Responsible IT - Governance and Controlling, Location Zurich-Oerlikon

Tasks

• You are responsible for the establishment and further development of IT governance as well as IT compliance management and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements.
• You coordinate the overarching governance in the areas of information security and data protection (ISDS), IT risk management, internal control system (ICS) and IT audit and ensure the systematic follow-up of agreed measures.
• You manage IT controlling, monitor budgets and costs, and prepare meaningful key figures and decision-making bases for IT management.
• You ensure the currency and consistency of the service catalogue as well as compliance with service level agreements, analyse processes and key figures, derive improvement measures and promote the continuous development of IT quality and efficiency.
• You monitor the performance of external IT suppliers, coordinate service reviews and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations.

Profile

• Integrity and confident appearance, combined with open communication, enjoyment of collaboration and a strong service orientation
• Analytical and networked thinking, strategic action as well as clear prioritisation and consistent goal and result orientation
• Completed university of applied sciences degree, preferably in business informatics, as well as proven further training in IT governance, IT controlling, compliance management or information security and several years of professional experience in these areas
• Certifications in ITIL 4 as well as further training in process, risk or quality management are advantageous
• Good knowledge of information security, data protection (ISDS), IT risk management, ICS and IT service management as well as experience with reporting, KPIs and ITSM tools is an advantage
