Tasks and Responsibilities
Do you have experience in structural engineering and want to take on responsibility in demanding building projects? At the Zug location, you will contribute your expertise in structural planning, coordination, and project management – from the early project phase to realisation. Your Profile- Project management and design of interesting and complex projects in structural engineering (renovation and new construction, building preservation)
- Operational planning (project definition, planning, execution, and completion) in the field of structural engineering
- Project responsibility for costs, quality, and deadlines
- Negotiations and collaboration with clients, architectural firms, specialist planners, contractors, and partners in engineering consortia
- Acquisition of new projects and development of technical, creative, and goal-oriented solutions
- Completed MSc/BSc degree in Civil Engineering from ETH, FH, or TU with a focus on structural engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a project engineer in the planning and implementation of structural engineering projects
- Good German language skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
- Organisational talent, enjoyment of a lively work environment, proactive and structured working style
- Open to new things, reliable, friendly, and discreet
- Experience with digital planning workflows is an advantage
- Knowledge of Swiss standards
