ARCHITECT EXECUTION PLANNING (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Architect: Execution Planning / Building in Existing Structures for an architecturally and structurally demanding building project. You will work on the project from construction project to execution and take responsibility for detailed, execution-ready planning with Revit. Particular importance is given to building in existing structures, circular construction and the reuse of existing components, which are integrated both in planning and construction into the overall project. The position combines demanding architecture with BIM-based execution planning, structural detailing and resource-efficient construction.
Responsibilities:
Handling a demanding building project from construction project to execution planning
Independent creation and coordination of execution, working and detail plans
Development of structurally sophisticated detail, connection and component solutions
Processing and further development of the digital building model with Revit / BIM
Planning and coordination of demanding interventions in building in existing structures
Development of solutions for the reuse and integration of existing components
Implementation of principles of circular and resource-efficient construction within execution planning
Verification of the technical feasibility of reused building materials and components as well as their planning integration into the overall project
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services, façade and other disciplines
Review and coordination of specialist planner, contractor and workshop plans
Handling structural issues and plan changes during the realisation phase
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, fire protection requirements and Swiss building regulations
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect FH/ETH or comparable higher education
Several years of professional experience in execution planning of demanding building projects
Proven knowledge of Revit and experience with BIM-based project processing
Sound knowledge in working planning, construction detailing and building construction
Experience with existing buildings, conversions or renovation projects is an advantage
Professional interest or experience in circular construction, re-use and reuse of components
Good German language skills for planning coordination and technical project documentation
