Smart Home Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 90,000Role:
As a service technician, you are responsible for the independent support and further development of sophisticated building automation and smart home systems. You coordinate customer appointments, analyse technical faults, carry out maintenance and modernisations, and advise customers directly on site. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with a strong service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Independent coordination of work and customer appointments
Analysis and resolution of technical faults
Coordination, execution and documentation of remote maintenance
Carrying out inspections and on-site maintenance tasks
Modernisation, expansion and optimisation of existing systems
Customer advice and instruction in system operation
Documentation of installations, maintenance and service work
Proactive support and advice for existing customers
Preparation of quotes and invoices
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training with a Swiss Federal VET Diploma as an electrician EFZ or building IT specialist EFZ
At least 3 years of professional experience in building automation and bus systems
Experience with KNX, DALI, AMX, Basalte and IT network systems
Enthusiasm for technology, automation and complex systems
Enjoy working independently and managing orders responsibly
Strong customer and service orientation
Initiative, personal commitment and high accuracy
