Foreman / Structural Team Leader (M/F)

We are currently looking for one of our partners, a leading general construction company, for a motivated foreman / structural team leader to supervise their sites.

Your tasks:

• Lead, motivate and supervise teams on site.

• Plan, organise and coordinate structural work respecting deadlines, budgets and quality.

• Manage the supply of materials, equipment and tools on site.

• Ensure technical follow-up, plan reading and preparation of site reports.

• Guarantee strict compliance with safety, hygiene and accident prevention standards.

• Represent the company and maintain links with management, site managers and various stakeholders.

Your profile:

• Federal VET diploma as a mason or equivalent training (Federal Certificate of Team Leader, foreman diploma, etc.).

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in French-speaking Switzerland.

• Strong technical skills in structural work and excellent plan reading ability.

• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of SIA standards and current safety regulations.

• Driving licence essential.
