Project Manager Research & Development 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You develop dispersions of various kinds and accompany them from the idea to implementation.

• You plan, coordinate and implement development projects and ensure compliance with project goals, milestones and schedules.

• You examine and evaluate alternative raw materials and are responsible for their approval.

• You analyse incoming raw materials and accompany them until approval for development and production.

• You optimise existing products in terms of quality, manufacturability and performance.

• You successfully transfer laboratory formulations into production and support process optimisation.

• You work closely and cross-departmentally with the production, purchasing and field service departments.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a paint laboratory technician or chemical laboratory technician, ideally specialising in paints or coatings.

• You have at least five years of professional experience in a development laboratory for adhesives, paints or colours.

• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and actively contribute your own ideas.

• You work with commitment, flexibility and independently and are happy to get involved in operational day-to-day tasks.

• You are a team player and convince internal and external contacts with your open and engaging personality.
