Trustee / Mandate Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive support of SME clients
- Responsibility and management of the entire accounting for various clients
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
- Independent handling of payroll accounting
- Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Preparation of VAT returns including VAT reconciliations
- Support in restructuring cases (mergers, conversions, etc.)
- General administrative tasks (change of registered office, liquidations, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
- Professional certificate in fiduciary services, finance and accounting or federally certified fiduciary expert
- Precise and independent working style
- Analytical and interconnected thinking skills as well as organisational talent
- Communication skills and social competence
- Good IT skills
