IT System Engineer Microsoft & Azure (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is the leading energy service company in Switzerland for end consumers in the field of permanent energy management (energy procurement, energy data management and billing). It is independent of suppliers, producers and distribution network operators.
Role:
For the operation and further development of a modern IT infrastructure, a committed professional is sought who is familiar with Microsoft technologies, cloud services and IT security. You will manage a hybrid environment and contribute to technical improvements as well as the further development of existing systems.
Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of the hybrid IT infrastructure with on-premises systems and Microsoft Azure
Support of Windows Server, network, Microsoft 365 and backup solutions
Participation in the further development of IT security
Analysis and resolution of complex technical faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Participation and leadership of IT projects as well as implementation of improvement measures
Collaboration with the IT team and internal departments
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, ideally supplemented by further education at FA, HF or FH level
Professional experience in a comparable role; motivated juniors are also welcome
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and routing as well as IT security
Experience in IT project management is an advantage
Networked thinking and an independent, solution-oriented working style
Good German skills and enjoyment of teamwork
