Electrical Planner (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000

Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for electrical planning and electrical engineering of demanding building technology projects. You will create project and execution plans, process electrical schematics, and perform calculations for lighting and electrical loads. Furthermore, you will support project management with tenders, offer comparisons, and technical project handling. The role offers a varied field of activity between CAD/BIM planning, tendering, and project coordination.


Responsibilities:

  • Creation and processing of project, execution, and installation plans for electrical systems

  • Creation of electrical schematics, principle schematics, and technical detail plans

  • Planning of high and low voltage systems for different building types

  • Conducting lighting calculations as well as dimensioning and assessment of electrical loads

  • Processing and coordination of CAD/BIM models with Trimble Nova and Autodesk Revit

  • Creation and maintenance of electrical schematics with TinLine Schema

  • Preparation of tender documents and specifications according to Swiss planning standards

  • Conducting offer comparisons and support with awards and contract documents

  • Coordination of technical interfaces with HVAC, architecture, and other specialist planning

  • Support of project management in cost, schedule, and quality controls

  • Participation in plan reviews, technical clarifications as well as documentation and revision planning

  • Assuming the deputy role of project management for defined project and coordination tasks


Qualifications:

  • Completed basic training as Electrical Planner EFZ or Electrical Installer EFZ

  • Professional experience in electrical planning or electrical engineering for building technology

  • Good CAD/BIM skills in Trimble Nova and/or Autodesk Revit

  • Knowledge of TinLine Schema for creating electrical schematics

  • Experience with tendering and calculation software, ideally Messerli

  • Knowledge of relevant Swiss NIN, NIV, and SIA regulations

  • Good German and Microsoft Office skills
