ADUplan Bauingenieure GmbH is an established and dynamically growing civil engineering company with locations in Zurich and Kreuzlingen. The company stands for pragmatic, efficient and solution-oriented engineering services in civil and road construction and supports public administrations, companies and private individuals in the planning, design, execution and consulting of infrastructure facilities.

To strengthen our team at the Kreuzlingen location, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as:

Project Manager / Site Manager Civil and Road Construction

In this role, you will lead and manage demanding projects in cantonal and municipal civil and road construction – from concept development through design and realisation to successful acceptance.

Your tasks also include preparing technical reports, cost estimates and feasibility studies as well as drafting tender and offer documents. You are the direct contact person for clients, authorities, companies and other project participants and coordinate all project partners.

Your profile

You have a completed degree as a civil engineer FH/ETH or as a technician HF and possess sound knowledge in general civil engineering.

Ideally, you already have professional experience as a project engineer, project manager or site manager in civil and road construction. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working characterises you as well as enthusiasm and assertiveness. You present yourself in a sociable, confident and customer-oriented manner and understand how to efficiently combine technical and organisational tasks.
