CAPEX Project Manager

Agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 specialising in industry. We work in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, watchmaking and precision mechanics sectors.

As a consultant, you will be required to support our clients in the execution of their on-site projects by providing your expertise and skills. You are agile and eager to adapt to different working environments that will fuel your curiosity to see what lies behind the closed doors of the largest projects in our clients’ portfolios.

Your responsibilities

• Manage industrial investment projects, from design to commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks and priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams, design offices, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, costs and deadlines.
• Support the start-up of installations and their transfer to operational teams.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in chemistry, process engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent technical training.
• About 10 years’ experience in industrial project management, ideally in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, ingredients, flavours.
• Proven experience in CAPEX projects and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomy, leadership, rigour and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent professional English.
