Chemical Laboratory Technician Oligo R&D (a), 100%
To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. For our rapidly growing oligonucleotide business division, we are looking for a Chemical Laboratory Technician (a), 100% to strengthen our team in further developing the R&D department.
In our new research laboratories, you will develop and optimise manufacturing processes from synthesis through purification to the final active ingredient and work on innovative technologies. Through practical training, you will gain the necessary confidence to work independently and responsibly on our equipment. Do you enjoy working in a committed team and relish varied and challenging tasks?
Your tasks:
- Preparation, execution, and careful documentation of development work and process optimisations in collaboration with the responsible chemist
- Support the introduction (scale-up) of new processes in production
- Production of small product quantities (non-GMP)
- Preparation and independent execution of analyses
- Interpretation of results and situational decision-making on further work together with the responsible chemist (e.g. based on analysis results)
- Maintaining the operational functionality of the laboratory
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, Bachelor in Life Science, or comparable education or professional experience
- A structured, clean, and independent working style
- Initiative and strong organisational skills
- High flexibility and teamwork skills
- Proficient use of common Microsoft Office programmes
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
