Head of Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000Role:
For an organisation in the innovation and service environment, we are looking for an experienced individual who is responsible for finance and controlling across several organisational units. You will work closely with management, linking strategic financial planning with operational implementation and have plenty of scope for shaping within a small team.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for financial accounting and coordinate monthly and annual closing as well as external audits
You prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans and compile meaningful reports and analyses for management
You support management and departments as a financial sparring partner in planning, budgeting and controlling
You monitor project budgets, funding agreements and financial key figures and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations
Qualifications:
You have a qualification in finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in finance, accounting and controlling as well as solid closing experience according to Swiss accounting standards
You are proficient in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis
You have very good knowledge of Excel and financial systems; Abacus experience is an advantage
You communicate fluently in German and English
