What you will achieve with us
- Leading an interdisciplinary nursing team with around 40 employees and shaping leadership as a partnership-based and binding collaboration.
- Actively influencing and shaping the working environment for high-quality care and healthy employees.
- Responsible for ensuring person-centred assistance and care for our clients at home.
- You work closely and on an equal footing with nursing experts and other functions and jointly promote the professional and organisational development of the team. Contact person for clients and their relatives.
- Together with your team and other functions, you cultivate an open communication, learning and error culture.
- You promote the training of students and apprentices in collaboration with the training team.
- Participation in and leading projects and cooperation with external specialist agencies.
What you bring with you
- Professional training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Leadership training or willingness to undertake training
- Professional and leadership experience is desirable
- Integrative personality with high social and communication skills
- Agile thinking and acting
- A reflective and adapted self-leadership competence
- You can share responsibility, integrate different perspectives and bring about jointly supported decisions and solutions
