ICT System Engineer Microsoft Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 125,000Role:
An IT service company is looking for a versatile professional for support as well as the maintenance and further development of ICT infrastructures. The role includes Microsoft-based system landscapes, virtualisation, cloud services and communication technologies.
In this role, you will support customers with technical issues, coordinate collaboration with external software partners and independently implement IT projects. A varied working day and the opportunity for professional development complete the position.
Responsibilities:
Handling support requests and resolving technical faults
Installation, configuration and administration of Windows server and client systems, Microsoft Exchange, VMware and cloud services
Maintenance and further development of ICT infrastructures including VoIP solutions
Coordination between customers, software providers and external technology partners
Independent planning and implementation of customer projects involving internal and external specialists
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or a comparable qualification
Professional experience at an IT service provider and practical knowledge in operating ICT systems
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and interest in modern infrastructure technologies
Microsoft certifications and initial Linux experience are advantageous
Independent, reliable and resilient personality with a flexible working style
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and communication with various stakeholders
Motivation for continuous professional development
Good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are desirable
Driving licence
