Project Manager Heating/Cooling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as overall project manager heating & cooling HVAC for the planning and realisation of demanding building technology projects. You will accompany projects holistically from the study and conception through planning and tendering to realisation and handover to the client. The technical focus is on heating and cooling systems as well as energy-efficient and sustainable building technology concepts. As overall project manager, you lead interdisciplinary planning teams and are responsible for quality, costs, deadlines and technical client consulting.
Responsibilities:
Taking over the overall project management of demanding HVAC projects from the study to handover to the client
Independent planning and design of heating and cooling systems for new build, conversion and renovation projects
Development of energy and building technology concepts considering economic efficiency, energy efficiency and sustainability
Managing projects along the relevant SIA phases including defining and monitoring planning milestones
Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality controlling as well as ongoing project and risk management
Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary planning teams and liaising with internal and external specialist departments
Conducting dimensioning, variant studies and technical system comparisons for heating and cooling systems
Preparation and coordination of tenders, submissions and award documents
Technical consulting of clients on system decisions, investments and energy optimisations
Coordination of interfaces with ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical, building automation and architecture
Supporting the specialist site management, commissioning, acceptance and quality assurance during the realisation phase
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, energy requirements and Swiss building technology regulations
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as building services planner EFZ, preferably specialising in heating, with further education at HF/FH level advantageous
Several years of proven experience in the planning and realisation of heating and cooling systems
Experience in overall project management and leading interdisciplinary planning teams
Sound knowledge of SIA phases, HVAC planning as well as cost and schedule control
Experience in tendering, specialist site management, commissioning and client consulting
Very good German skills spoken and written; French skills advantageous
