The Medical-Social Centres have the mission to help people of all ages who are dependent or affected in their health to remain in their living environment as long as possible and to support informal carers. ASPMAD, with its 9 MSCs and 1000 employees, annually cares for 6,700 clients at home and serves 105 municipalities in the North Vaud region.

Our Association is looking for the following for our various MSCs in North Vaud

Yverdon-East: 60-80%

Pool: 70-80%

Ste Croix: 60-70%

Grandson: 80%

Vallorbe: 80%

Your mission

As a versatile assistant, you provide the delegated services (basic care and household help), respecting the care objectives of the cases followed. You contribute to the smooth running of the service and the team and ensure the administrative tasks inherent to your position.

Your profile

You must have a Red Cross health assistant training (120 hours) certified or an equivalent certification. Ideally, you already have experience in this field. Besides a clear interest in the elderly and home care, you are autonomous while working in a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility is one of your assets (days, evenings and weekends / hours). A driving licence is essential and ideally a vehicle is required. Your home should be within 40 minutes of the MSC.
