1st Level IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is the Swiss competence centre for specialised services in the areas of components, systems, process optimisation, and strategic as well as operational procurement. They are today capable of developing, manufacturing, commissioning, and handling the logistics of complete systems, machines, and devices for customers as required.
Responsibilities:
Main contact person for IT concerns within the VERWO and Landolt Group, including user support and ticket processing
Receiving, prioritising, and resolving incoming requests via helpdesk and IT support systems (first level IT support)
Management and monitoring of data backups as well as implementation of new hardware and IT peripherals
Maintenance, optimisation, and further development of the internal intranet platform as well as creation of IT documentation
Support with patch management, compliance with IT security policies, and ensuring data security
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, IT system technician) or career changers with a strong IT affinity
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with system and service management tools
Strong technical understanding, enthusiasm for IT systems, and interest in IT security
Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form as well as high communication skills
Analytical and structured working style, combined with team orientation and a customer-friendly manner
