You will ensure the preparation and service of drinks and cocktails, master the great classics and ensure the quality of each service. Used to demanding environments and high volumes of activity, you know how to maintain a smooth, precise and polished service, even during busy periods. Your presence, your sense of welcome and your ability to create a privileged relationship with customers fully contribute to the image and reputation of the establishment.
Profile Sought
You have proven experience in a 5-star establishment or in a high-end hotel environment. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen sense of service and a perfect knowledge of bar classics. Reactive, organised and stress-resistant, you are able to manage a sustained workload while maintaining a high level of demand. Your neat appearance, team spirit and attention to detail allow you to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele. Full availability is essential to meet the constraints of the position and the needs of the establishment.
