Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the management and coordination of assembly work
- Monitoring compliance with quality and safety standards is also part of your responsibilities
- You communicate with site managers and other trades
- You reliably and exemplary instruct and train assembly personnel
- You are responsible for the inspection and acceptance of the completed work
Requirements
- Completed training in construction or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in window and facade construction
- Good knowledge of construction and safety regulations
- Leadership experience and team skills
- Customer orientation and service awareness
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Problem-solving skills and organisational talent
- Flexibility and resilience
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
