Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 80,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for the maintenance and building technology of a versatile property and operational infrastructure. You will inspect and maintain HVACSE systems, carry out repairs and maintenance work, and ensure reliable building operations. Furthermore, you will support conversions and technical adjustments, coordinate external specialist companies, and conduct regular inspections. The role combines classic maintenance with technical tasks in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, and electrical.
Responsibilities:
Performing inspection, maintenance, and servicing work on buildings, operational facilities, and technical systems
Monitoring and managing HVACSE systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, and electrical
Conducting regular inspection rounds and recording and rectifying technical defects
Independently carrying out minor repair, installation, and maintenance work on building and operational infrastructure
Implementing preventive maintenance measures to ensure system availability and asset preservation
Technical support for conversions, adjustments, and renovation work within the properties
Coordinating, supervising, and monitoring external service providers and third-party personnel during maintenance and repair assignments
Overseeing completed external services regarding quality, safety, and technical specifications
Maintaining maintenance records, inspection protocols, and technical system documentation
Taking on special tasks in technical building operations and supporting extraordinary operational events
Participating in the on-call service to ensure technical operational readiness outside regular working hours
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship EFZ, for example as a maintenance specialist, electrician, sanitary installer, carpenter, bricklayer, or comparable field
Alternatively, several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance, especially in the area of heating and ventilation
Further training or additional expertise in HVAC / building technology is an advantage
Practical knowledge in maintenance, repair, and servicing of buildings and technical operational facilities
Basic knowledge of HVACSE systems and technical troubleshooting
Willingness to participate in the on-call service
Very good German language skills, spoken and written, additional language skills are an advantage
