Internal Sales Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will work in a bilingual sales function and take on a central role in handling customer and project matters. You coordinate information, prepare business-relevant documents, and independently manage processes through to completion.
Responsibilities:
Receive and directly handle customer enquiries by phone and in writing
Prepare information from projects and tenders for further internal processing
Compile sales documents according to individual requirements
Independently manage business cases through various administrative process steps
Work closely with the field sales team on project-specific topics
Clarify queries within ongoing processes and undertake necessary coordination
Ensure French and German communication in daily customer contact
Take on various organisational tasks within sales
Qualifications:
Technical basic training and further education as a technical sales assistant
Experience in a sales-related or administrative role
Very good German and fluent French spoken and written
Good user skills in digital work tools
Independent and structured organisation of own area of responsibility
Confident handling of several parallel business cases
Strong customer and service orientation
Team-oriented and flexible personality
