IT that just works: You keep systems, platforms, and users reliably running in everyday operations.
Wide playing field: From Microsoft 365 and Atlassian to Active Directory, DNS, and email.
Security included: In addition to internal IT operations, you have the opportunity to participate in managed services at the Cyber Security Centre.
Lots of responsibility: A role for people who like to get hands-on, solve problems, and improve things sustainably.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure under control: Support and operation of internal IT infrastructure and platforms
Microsoft & Atlassian: Administration and support around Microsoft 365 and Atlassian
Support: Competent assistance in 1st and 2nd level for technical issues
Basic infrastructure: Working with operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, email, and other central services
Documentation: Maintaining and updating processes and technical content in a structured manner
Cyber Security: Participation in managed services at the Cyber Security Centre
Optimisation: Questioning existing processes and further developing them with your own ideas
Qualifications:
Education: You have completed IT training, for example as an IT specialist EFZ or WMS-I.
All-rounder mentality: You bring good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and basic IT infrastructure.
Practical experience: You have already gained experience in IT support and IT operations.
Interest in security: You bring experience or knowledge in the field of cyber security.
Working style: You work independently, reliably, and in a structured way.
Personality: You are trustworthy, discreet, and team-oriented.
Communication: You can convey technical topics clearly and present yourself professionally.
Languages
German: Good knowledge in spoken and written form
