To strengthen the Central Patient Coordination in the field of surgical specialties, we are looking for an open-minded, flexible and resilient personality as a Patient Coordinator for immediate start or by arrangement.

As an interdisciplinary team, we centrally coordinate the bed resources of KSW and support the various clinics in their planning. We are in close daily contact with patients, nursing staff, as well as doctors. Together we ensure forward-looking planning and a smooth process in everyday hospital life.
This is us
Your tasks
- Planning elective admissions and transfers taking into account available bed capacities as well as the workload of nursing staff and doctors
- Planning operations considering available personnel and infrastructural resources
- Written and telephone summoning of patients
- Ensuring smooth information flow during admissions, discharges and transfers
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing staff, doctors and other internal and external specialist departments
- Working hours are Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:00 and on weekends and public holidays between 07:30 and 15:00
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH with several years of practical professional experience
- Solution-oriented and proactive thinking and acting
- Confident and convincing appearance as well as strong communication skills
- High service orientation, team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Enjoyment of a varied and dynamic working day as well as the ability to keep an overview even in busy phases
