Role:
In this role, you actively shape a stable and secure IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of the systems. You take responsibility for the administration of servers, networks, and central services, ensuring that all components work together optimally. You analyse faults, efficiently resolve incidents, and drive continuous improvements in the system landscape. Additionally, you plan and oversee updates, migrations, and infrastructure projects, always with a focus on availability, performance, and security. Through your expertise in system administration and infrastructure, you competently advise internal stakeholders and reliably implement technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
You analyse, design, implement, and document complex virtual and physical server as well as cloud projects
You develop your customers’ IT strategically and organisationally as a key account manager
You plan your tasks and their implementation independently and with plenty of freedom
You provide customers with technically sound advice and act as a trusted contact person
Additionally, you find creative, individual solutions and bring innovative approaches into customer projects
Qualifications:
You have experience in system engineering; ESXi, Entra ID, PowerShell, Intune, and Microsoft Defender are not foreign terms to you
You are a communication talent, enjoy customer contact, and remain calm, friendly, and professional even in hectic situations
You are a creative mind, looking for individual solutions and finding innovative approaches instead of standard solutions
You are a team player, happy to share your knowledge and appreciate social exchange
You work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner
You bring enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous development
