Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of global accounting policies and standards
- Ensuring proper consolidation of all group companies according to international accounting principles
- Responsibility for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and their timely submission
- Coordination of external audits and collaboration with auditors
- Conducting analyses and reporting to management and the board
Qualifications:
- Completed business administration degree or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in group accounting, ideally in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and Swiss GAAP FER
- Experience in leading teams and collaborating with various departments and stakeholders
- Fluent German and English skills
