Thermal Insulation Applicator Team Leader (M/F), 100%

Lead your team on site and advance the energy transition, one building at a time.

For over 15 years, Isoleco has been insulating houses and buildings throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Based in Grancy, our teams install efficient and often natural insulations, such as cellulose wadding made from recycled paper, in attics, roofs or double walls. A practical job, serving the energy transition.

You know insulation inside out, you like a well-managed site and a team that moves forward together? This position is made for you. Your goal: a job well done, delivered on time, with a close-knit team proud of what it has achieved.

What you will do

• You lead your team of 2 to 3 people: morning briefing, work allocation, site organisation
• You read plans, install with your team and check that the work is well done
• You manage the materials on site, from ordering to delivery, as well as the vehicle
• You are the face of Isoleco to the client, the architect and the site management
• You ensure compliance with Suva rules and train new colleagues
• You complete site reports, time sheets and work orders

Who you are

• You are a certified carpenter or have equivalent training, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in insulation
• You master all types of insulation and can read plans
• You have already led a team
• You lead by example: responsive, organised and thorough, including with paperwork
• You are comfortable with clients, architects and site management
• G or B driving licence mandatory, perfect command of French
• You hold a category B driving licence (BE is an asset)
