What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual who, as a Project Manager in Sanitary Engineering, takes on the technical and financial responsibility for demanding projects - from the initial concept to successful acceptance. In this central role, you coordinate all work steps, always keep budget and deadlines under control, and ensure that quality and cost-effectiveness go hand in hand.

Specifically, the following tasks await you:

• Preparation of quotations and development of economical solution approaches

• Planning and organisation of personnel deployment on construction sites

• Leadership and motivation of your team throughout the entire project execution

• Ensuring smooth processes as well as support with technical and organisational issues

• Intensive collaboration with architects, private clients, suppliers and all other project participants

As the central interface between planning, execution and clients, you contribute significantly to the success of each individual project and actively shape the future of sanitary engineering.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ or building services planner sanitary EFZ

• Further training as a master craftsman or comparable qualification is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in a planning or executing company

• Resilient and solution-oriented personality with proactive thinking

• Enjoyment of responsibility and strong team spirit

• Confident and competent appearance towards employees, clients and project partners

• Ability to independently drive and further develop projects
