Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) EFZ (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for

• Providing care to our patients before, during and after examinations with high professional competence and empathy
• Coordinating, planning and assisting consultations, bringing your strong organisational skills into play
• Independently performing blood draws, laboratory analyses, infusion therapies as well as other examinations such as ECG, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and lung function tests
• Conducting X-rays while ensuring careful, safe and high-quality imaging
• Taking on administrative tasks, preparing billing according to TARDOC and working routinely with the practice software Axenita
• Answering telephone enquiries competently and service-oriented – always with a friendly manner and a high degree of customer focus

You bring with you

• A completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in everyday practice and the ability to remain calm and confident even in unexpected situations
• Clear, empathetic and professional communication thanks to your very good German skills, both spoken and written
• You are perceived as an open, warm personality who enjoys working in a team and also takes pleasure in independent work
• You feel comfortable in a lively practice environment, respond flexibly to changing requirements and actively contribute to a positive, collegial working atmosphere
