Technical Sales Administrator Order Processing & Export (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 101,400Our client is a Swiss industrial company focused on the production of technical products and components. Reliable material supply and efficient procurement processes form an important basis for production operations.
Role:
In this role, you combine technical internal sales with export processing and support international customers from inquiry to delivery. You can expect a versatile interface role with high personal responsibility and close collaboration with internal departments, customers, and logistics partners.
Responsibilities:
Processing customer inquiries, quotations, tenders, and orders
Organisation of national and international deliveries
Handling export transactions including customs documents, Carnet ATA, and letters of credit
Supporting existing customers and assisting with sales activities
Monitoring delivery dates and maintaining relevant ERP master data
Participation in trade fairs and other sales-related activities
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, preferably in the electrical engineering field
Experience in internal sales and export processing
Technical understanding and enjoyment of customer contact
Very good German and good English skills
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
