In this versatile role, you are close to sales, close to our customers, and a key pivot in daily business. You actively support our insurance and pension advisors and contribute with your commitment to ensuring customer concerns are quickly understood and convincingly resolved.

What You Achieve With Us

You are right in the middle of the sales process and ensure that our insurance and pension advisors are optimally supported.

With your organisational talent, you prepare quotes, process applications, and coordinate appointments across all insurance sectors. At the same time, you actively bring in your sales flair: you recognise customer needs, think along, and help turn contacts into convincing solutions. 

Whether on the phone, at the reception of the general agency, or in exchange with internal and external stakeholders: you meet people openly, service-oriented, and with enthusiasm. In this way, you make an important contribution to a professional customer experience and the shared sales success of our general agency.

What You Bring

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by the VBV insurance intermediary or the insurance specialist with a federal certificate of competence
• Solid experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of the needs of customers and sales partners
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact, especially on the phone, as well as attentive and solution-oriented working methods
• Networked thinking, service orientation, and a good sense for sales opportunities
• Independent and responsible working style and you actively contribute your ideas to everyday sales
• Very good German skills; additional languages are a plus
