Role:
Analysing numbers is one thing - drawing the right conclusions for the business is another. In this role, you combine sound controlling with a strong understanding of operational contexts and support managers with financial and entrepreneurial questions. You are responsible for important planning and reporting processes, question developments, and derive concrete recommendations for action. At the same time, you have plenty of scope to further develop controlling tools, processes, and digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
You are an important contact person for management and various operational areas on financial matters
You coordinate budgets, forecasts, and medium- to long-term planning for your area of responsibility
You analyse business development, identify deviations, and derive concrete measures
You accompany monthly and annual financial statements and ensure reliable quality of financial data
You prepare meaningful management reports and present financial insights appropriately for the audience
You support the further development of planning, reporting, and controlling tools
You actively drive digitalisation and automation in the finance area
You work closely with various departments and management levels and bring the financial perspective into decision-making processes
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable field
You bring several years of professional experience in controlling and ideally know the role of a Finance Business Partner
You have a good understanding of cost accounting, planning, and financial management
Experience in project business or a dynamic operational environment is an advantage
You have very good Excel and MS Office skills
Experience with ERP, reporting, or BI systems is an advantage
You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills are a plus
