Construction Cost Planner (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a specialist as a Construction Cost Planner for Structural Engineering to economically support diverse construction and real estate projects. You will prepare cost estimates, cost planning and calculations and support projects from early development and competition phases through to concrete realisation planning. Another focus is on the calculation of general contractor (GU) and specialised contractor (TU) offers as well as the analysis and optimisation of construction costs. The position is suitable both for experienced construction cost planners and for specialists from construction management, architecture or structural planning who wish to specialise specifically in cost management.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of cost estimates, cost determinations and cost planning for structural engineering projects
Execution of measurements and quantity determinations based on planning documents and digital models
Calculation and preparation of GU and TU offers
Structuring and evaluation of construction costs according to BKP and eBKP-H
Economic support of architectural competitions, studies and project developments
Conducting cost analyses, benchmarks and variant comparisons
Development of cost optimisations and economic alternative solutions together with project teams
Establishment and ongoing maintenance of cost key figures and calculation bases
Support of internal project developments regarding feasibility, economic efficiency and investment costs
Review of planning statuses with regard to cost development and cost targets
Collaboration with project development, architecture, planning and construction management on cost-relevant issues
Qualifications:
Technical construction training as draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, construction manager, HF technician in structural engineering, FH architect or comparable qualification
Professional experience in construction cost planning, calculation, construction management or structural planning
Knowledge of BKP/eBKP-H, measurement, quantity determination and construction cost calculation
Experience with GU/TU calculations is an advantage
Good knowledge of Swiss construction processes and SIA phases
Confident use of Microsoft Excel and ideally industry-standard construction cost or calculation software
Very good German language skills spoken and written
