For our ROCKEN partner, a leading wellbeing & medical health resort in Europe with around 800 employees at the Bad Ragaz location, we are looking for an experienced professional in the payroll area. At an 80% workload, you ensure operational payroll and actively develop payroll; at 100%, you complement this core area with additional tasks within the 15-person HR organisation. Responsibilities:
You independently conduct the monthly payroll runs for hourly and monthly wages
You process sickness and accident daily allowances, maternity benefits, and EO accounting
You prepare withholding tax and social security declarations as well as year-end tasks including salary certificates and ELM reports
You maintain and update payroll and employee master data for entries and exits, salary changes, and deductions
You are the contact person for employees regarding payroll-related questions
You contribute to the further development of HR systems as well as HR digitalisation and optimisation projects
Qualifications:
You have further training in the HR field, ideally with an HR specialist certificate and/or social insurance specialist training
You bring several years of professional experience in payroll accounting including social insurance
You possess sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law as well as very good practical experience with SAP, ideally in the SAP HCM module
You are confident in using MS Office and show a high affinity for systems
You are open to change and interested in the continuous development of processes
