What you can achieve.

• You personally, digitally and by phone advise our executives on all questions regarding employment conditions and employment relationships within the framework of our collective labour agreement (CLA).
• You handle various demanding issues along the HR processes and consistently live the outside-in approach.
• As a sparring partner for the executives, you act in the implementation of labour law measures and the application of guidelines.
• Together with executives and HR business partners, you contribute to the implementation of reorganisations.
• You specialise in HR specialist topics, work in specialist teams and actively exchange your knowledge with colleagues. Furthermore, you contribute to the active improvement of our service.

What you bring with you.

• You count a high solution orientation, conflict competence and pragmatism among your strengths.
• You already have experience in HR consulting and are proficient in labour law topics.
• Commitment, integrity and ambition for continuous improvement are your guiding principles.
• We require a degree in business administration with a specialisation in HRM or training as an HR specialist with additional tertiary-level education.
• We expect confident German skills at level C1. Very good knowledge of French or Italian (level B2) is welcomed.
