Do you enjoy direct customer contact, communicate confidently, and have very good knowledge of German, French, and Italian? Would you like to competently advise our customers and find suitable solutions for their concerns? Then we look forward to meeting you!

At our location in Zurich, a varied role awaits you in a dedicated team. With comprehensive training, we will prepare you optimally for your new position.

Your working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:30. After successful completion of the training, there is the possibility to work partially from home. Start date 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

• Telephone inbound advice for our customers
• Competent handling of customer concerns regarding credit cards
• Providing product information and support with our web services and the Viseca one app
• Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer advice at a high quality level
• Active support of our customers, for example in case of card loss or suspected fraud

• Commercial basic training or motivated career changers with customer contact experience
• Experience in a call centre environment is an advantage
• Fluent language skills in German, French, and Italian, English is an advantage
• Quick comprehension and independent working style
• Friendly, service-oriented, and resilient personality
• Good MS Office skills as well as high technical affinity and enjoyment of digital systems
