For our client, a specialised company in the field of energy and network infrastructure, we are seeking an experienced individual to lead demanding projects in the high-voltage environment. In this role, you will take responsibility for complex infrastructure projects and accompany them from technical planning to successful implementation. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams as well as various internal and external stakeholders.
- Management and coordination of all project phases from planning to commissioning
- Leadership and technical management of project teams as well as coordination of external partners and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost requirements
- Technical coordination with customers, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Conducting risk analyses and monitoring safety-related requirements
- Project management certifications advantageous
- Several years of experience in managing complex technical projects
- Experience in high-voltage, energy, or infrastructure technology advantageous
- Sound knowledge of technical standards and safety requirements
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external partners
- Structured, strategic, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German and very good English skills, additional language skills advantageous
