As a Test Manager, you take responsibility in an accredited laboratory environment, contribute your expertise, and develop our laboratory services together with your team.

What you can achieve
- Among other exciting tasks, you take on the organisation of the accredited microbiological laboratory.
- You accompany internal audits, monitoring of testing equipment, and the execution of ring tests.
- You conduct microbiological analyses using classical approach techniques and various biochemical tests as well as microscopy.
- You supervise the staff of the microbiological laboratory and ensure the compliant execution of analyses.
- You work closely with other departments and support the optimisation of laboratory services.
What you bring with you
- Qualification as a laboratory technician EFZ specialising in biology or dairy laboratory technician
- Several years of experience in microbiological analytics, ideally in the food sector.
- Strong interest in new trends in your area of responsibility.
- Good German skills in spoken and written form.
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally also SAP.
