jobgate ag is a personnel service company based in Aarau, specialising in the placement and leasing of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, technology, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction, chemistry and the construction ancillary trades.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Foreman Flat Roof Team Leadership & Waterproofing (a) from April 2026 or by arrangement.

• Leading a motivated team of four and close cooperation with management
• Acquisition of orders and personal customer care
• Independent management and handling of selected construction projects including measurement and billing
• Schedule and cost control across all projects
• Financial management of the company with the support of a modern controlling system
• Ensuring and further developing quality management
• Participation in an attractive employment model with profit sharing
• Option for operational management of the company on site with high personal responsibility

• Completed basic training in construction, ideally as a roofer, waterproofing specialist or tinsmith
• Further training as a construction manager, polyconstruction foreman or equivalent qualification
• Leadership personality with empathy, clarity and goal orientation
• High personal responsibility, flexibility and resilience
• Team player with entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented attitude even under pressure
• High motivation and passion for the construction trade
• Positive basic attitude as well as enjoyment of quality and collaboration

• Varied projects and diverse assignments in the region
• Continuous training through internal courses and external specialist training
