Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced leader for the technical, personnel and economic management of an HVAC team with around 6 to 10 employees. You will be responsible for demanding building services projects, manage resources and ensure a high quality of planning and execution. In addition to team leadership, you will take on cost and fee responsibility and actively drive the further development of planning standards and BIM processes. Depending on the project, you will also take on the role of project manager or overall project manager for complex construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 6 to 10 employees in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
Responsibility for the resource, capacity and deployment planning of the team in coordination with the site management
Leadership and development of employees as well as ensuring sustainable know-how and competence building
Overall responsibility for quality assurance and planning standards within the HVAC department
Assuming economic team responsibility including fees, supplements, billing, external services and project controlling
Management of demanding HVAC and building services projects through the relevant SIA phases
Taking on overall project management as well as coordinating interdisciplinary specialist areas in complex construction projects
Technical conception, design and quality assurance of HVAC systems and control technology
Management of costs, deadlines, quality and resources within the projects for which you are responsible
Participation in the introduction and further development of the BIM method as well as the establishment of digital and model-based planning processes
Close collaboration with electrical, sanitation, building automation and other specialist departments to optimise integrated planning
Participation in offers, fee determinations, project calculations and change order management as well as in the further development of the department
Qualifications:
Degree as HVAC engineer FH/ETH, certified technician HF building services engineering or comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience in building services and HVAC planning as well as managing demanding projects in the Swiss market
Proven leadership experience in the technical and/or personnel management of a team, leadership training is an advantage
Sound expertise in HVAC systems, control technology and integrated building services planning
Experience with project controlling, fee management, change order management and resource planning
Knowledge of BIM and model-based building services planning as well as relevant SIA standards
Excellent German language skills spoken and written
