Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a 100% position for a:

FLOOR HOUSEKEEPER

Your mission:

• Supervise, coordinate and support the cleaning teams.
• Ensure compliance with the establishment’s quality and cleanliness standards.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure follow-up of corrective actions.
• Manage and monitor uniforms and consumables.
• Act as the operational link for the General Housekeeper.
• Participate in the daily organisation of the service and briefings.
• Manage lost property.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing impeccable presentation of the areas.

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a hospitality specialist or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cleaning or Facility Management, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in supervising cleaning or floor teams.
• Initiative and anticipation skills.
• Attention to detail, rigour and thoroughness.
• Availability and flexibility in working hours, including some weekends depending on activity.
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English. German is an advantage.
